• Is management on-site seven days a week? Yes
• What hours is management on-site? Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9-5:00, Wednesday & Thursday 1:00-5:00, Saturdays 9-3 and Sundays 9-2.
• Do I have 24/7 access to my rented unit? If not, what are the hours for accessing my unit? The gates operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 24 hour access can be purchased.
• What is the protocol for contacting management after hours, in the event of an emergency? Call the office number 770-683-0670. There is a service where a real person will answer and help you. If the manager is required they will have the manager contact you.
• How much notice must I give for moving out? A months notice would be nice but 2 weeks is the minimum.
• How long is my lease term? All units are month to month. If you pay for 11 months in advance we will cover the 12th month at absolutely no charge to you!
•Can you help me move my things into my unit? We are able to refer someone to you to that can show up and help if needed.
• Is the facility gated? How do tenants enter the gate? And during what hours? Yes the property is fully gated with automated gates. Personal gate codes are chosen by each tenant at time of move in. That codes works at the gates as well as the access doors to climate control unit. 6am to 10 pm.
• Is there video surveillance with full-color recording and monitors? Yes. If it moves it is recorded!
• Is smoking allowed in or around the premises? No
• Who provides the lock to my unit? We have locks for sale or you can bring your own. You are the only one with the keys!
• Will my unit be pest controlled? All Climate controlled units are Heat, Air, and pest controlled for the best quality protection for your belongings.
Rates and Fees
• Are there any move-in or move-out fees, deposits, or other costs in addition to rent? No. We don’t play games. We know that your money and time is valuable. There are no deposits, no administrations fees and no move out fees. All you will ever pay is rent unless you pay late.
• Is insurance included or available? We have insurance available and can give you rates and coverage to fit your budget.
• Can I make my storage payments online? Absolutely! When you rent your unit and provide an e-mail address we automatically send you a Premier Password set up so that you will be able to pay your account quickly and easily on line.
